I've bought a bunch of their semi's. They work ok. They are a bit limited in the fact that they only have two contact points for the pick-up shoes and the US-1 had four contact points. The other issue is every car I've bought from AutoWorld has needed tweaking. Either to the shoes or cleaning of the oil form the armature or straightening of the chassis as they band them too tight in the package.

Ya, the shoes definetly need tweaking! Yet to do it to my AW 500 chassis. " Heck with counting 'em rivets, TRAINS ARE FOR FUN! Not called the Mad Scientist for nothing either!"

"Snow" is one of those four letter words that are not to be said in my house. I don't envy you on the snow you are to get. I'm a patient man microbusss, when you get time is fine by me.
