OK.. since it is not exactly a car and it is not a locomotive, I did not know where else to put it.. it is an HO scale incline car!
Never seen one like it before and I have no information on it's origin. I knew it was rare, so I kept it!

neat Don't think it'd be hard to put car on a incline track with a motor attached to a wire to car for up & down movements

There's one of those incline trains down at Silver Dollar City near Branson that is used at the end of the tour through the Marvel Cave when exiting the cave.
