Interesting to see narrow gauge Geeps and U-boats. Is this in Brazil?

A friend sent me this video a few weeks back. I guess they tip easily.

IN Brazil dont they have wercker crains. Didn't they know they needed to repair the roadbed first, then bring in cranes to lift the overturned locos and cars back onto the track.

I don't know what they thought dragging it would achieve except burying it deeper into the soil. Talk about a stringline!
