Has anyone done this? I have some cars and tenders with body mount loop couplers. They have a cast on "pocket" that I would like to maintain if possible. Just wondering if anyone who has converted knows which Kadee use. If you have info on a trck mounted conversion that would be great too as I'm sure I will run across this soon. Thanks.

I too am looking for a solution to the body mounted ones. Only common idea that has been offered to me is to cut of the old box.
As for converting the talgo style truck mounted ones Kadee makes a kit to do that. I think (could be wrong) it is #148 or #48. It uses a #5 and an adapter piece to make it fit. I found it cheaper to buy a bulk pack of #5 couplers and a bulk pack of the adapters than by the pair.
