I am in need of the chassis/floors that go to Roundhouse's old time cars. I believe that they were called "Overton" cars. I have 4 shells and roofs but no floors. I have looked everywhere to just find the step/platform parts like they used to use on craftsman style caboose kits. If I could find them I could build the rest.

Can anyone help or have an idea where to look?

This is just a thought as I have not done it but could you lengthen a caboose floor for this? Both types of cars have the same type of platform at each end. Also the railings are similar. Besides that there are allot of cheep cabooses to experiment with.

I think actually the caboose and Overton car frame is the same exact piece, except on the blind end cabooses. Not that finding one is going to be any easier, but you might look for one of the 3-in-1 kitbasher series kits that came with a couple of those frames in them.

You have the hardest parts to make. So build the rest.
