So, even though I've only visited her once, I've always loved Skagit River Railway/ Seattle City Light #6. There's just something about the engine's lines and well-maintained paint that giver a well-balanced look.

Well, I had a New Bright 2-6-2 hanging around. I had tried repainting it a couple times, but wasn't really happy with it. Tonight, I changed all that and made her into a loose representation of #6. Of course, there are some differences (the real locomotive has 3 domes, the New Bright only has 2, etc.), but I think that the New Bright has "captured the spirit" of the real #6. This is still a work in progress, and that temporary bottlecap headlight will be replaced.

Lookiin' solid there! The whitewalls definitely set it off! I like that look on an old steam locomotive, it makes it stand out.
