I just wonder what the quality of that steamer is?! Be a nice set. I bet a original Penn Line set sells for that!

hi jerry the penn line loco on its own sells for that,in reasonable condition,hate to think what a mint boxed one goes for ken

I believe that the Rivarossi Budd 1940s observation car was a Reading model. I suppose you could make a fair stand-in with Rivarossi Budd cars and a kitbashed Tyco 4-6-2.

I read somewhere that Penn Line only made about 700 of those engines. Never re-ran it.
