Yardbird has them. You can also sometimes find them on a "parts" engine on the Bay.

Go to Bowser trains. Down near the bottom of their home page is PARTS FOR SALE or CLEARANCE, something like that. They have a long list of old Mantua parts for sale. I saw valve gear listed for several locos.

The Bay has a set from K4. Yardbird has a plastic pilot.

If you don't mind using a footboard style of pilot; I have had good luck by taking the pilot off of an old tender drive type engine. You have to drill a hole in it to line up with the screw used on the "new" engine but that's pretty simple. Doing this job also allows you to add a KD coupler to the front end fairly simply.
On some "transplants" you will have to alter the side steps heading up to the running boards too.
