I think that guy K4 Supply or some such name has a set. I know they show up on Ebay from time to time, NIP. I have a set in original packaging but, you won't like my selling price.

I say get some Athearn handrail stanchions and bend your own railing.

Redneck J is right about Athearn stantions and bending new hand rails. bkoch has a nice pictoral of how he does it somewhere here at the Tyco Forum. You could also find a non-running GP20 with rails and carefully switch them out. I bought a $2 Tyco GP20 SF shell, with newer style Delrin or Nylon hand rails on a non-running Athearn GP35 frame that could be re-used.
