Rus, It was a powered unit. Sadly for these I think Conrail is asking WAY to much for unpowered locomotives that seem to have been powered at one time!
Not to mention, what else is missing/wrong with them at $50.00 a pop! Specially when a new unit listed for the Ebay auction! ~John
