This is a nightly event here where i live weather permitting. This was Sunday evening before Labor day. This is one of a few places where i live that people gather to watch trains and socialize. This is Lowell NC in the parking lot of City Hall which the NS double track mainline runs. The crowd varies depending which night it is.
