Hey guys, is this correct, TYCO sold their production molds to IHC, so picking up an IHC Chessie SD-24 is basically a TYCO? I was told this because I noticed the Rio Grande SD-24 made by IHC looks exactly like my TYCO Rio Grande and someone in the train store told me about the production molds.

Yes, and the IHC drives are easier to modify with better motors and all wheel drive and pickup...at least on mine it is...
