Updated the registration reminder for "guests". Moved to upper left hand corner in order to keep it far away from the login area in rare cases it should interfere if in that vicinity.
Clicking on the peeled back area will now take the guests to the registration process.
The peel will now automatically happen once per page load with sound effects. Remember this is only for those who lurk around all the time.
