I have three previous forum updates that are all intertwined, here's an update addressing them.
The 3 forum update posts I'm referring to are the Auto Centering of Images, Issue with pictures in quotes and the automatic external to internal image retrieval.
First I want to give credit to Huw Reddick. Huw Reddick is one of the founding fathers of snitz forums and a true web coding guru. Thank you Huw, you're a true gentleman.
That utility is now working perfectly, we've gotten around all of the bugs. When I modified the base code to auto center the images that got in the way of the utility and messed up some of the code to display images. I can fix those easily, it's just time consuming. I'll go over the easy process with the moderators of the forum and they can fix them as they come across them.
The issue with the quoted pictures not displaying properly was tied in with the auto-centering code.
To summarize it; I have a good working utility which will preserve the graphical nature of these forums. The underlying modifications which had ill effect have been fixed. Auto-Centering is not occuring now. You can however center the pictures manually. When I have a few minutes on another evening I will make the auto-centering work again, I have to add some additional code.
