Added what is called a page ear to try and coax visitors a.k.a. guests a.k.a lurkers to actually sign up and join the forums.
If a person viewing the forums is not logged in the page ear appears in the upper right left hand corner of the page.
If you're a member but not logged in you'll also see that page ear. Once logged into the forums it is not employed.
