I've changed a bunch of things regarding how these forums operate.
1) I've turned off Email Validation. This feature would send the user a validation email which they needed to respond to before they would become members of the forums. I noticed a lot of AOL users in my validation list which never completed the process.
Providing a correct email address would benefit you. In the future we will be providing a newsletter and the email address you supply is where it will be sent. This will be something you will have to OPT IN, we wouldn't do it without you requesting it. There is a subscription link on the top right of the Home page.
2) You no longer need to login in to VIEW the forums. I think this open access benefits everyone. If you're going to post you will need to login.
