I picked up this Mantua Boars Head Set a few weeks ago. Not a bad set plus the Boars Head meats are mighty tasty!!

Can you post a closeup of the loco? If that's a 4-6-0, I've never seen one with even driver spacing, plus the boiler has 3 domes instead of 2.

Nelson, I'll be out of town until Saturday, I'll get a close up of the loco when I get home.

Nelson, Thats a Mantua 4-6-0, with the frame of a 2-6-0, that has even spaced drivers, I have one in parts but missing the boiler and the cylinders, As it was a "parts wagon".....
The domes, on it simply cover up the original dome bases that the brass turned dome sat on that the 4-6-0 had.

John,
Never knew they had a Mogul version. They sure got as much mileage as they could out of their tooling.

I saw a mantua plastic boiler 2-6-0 at a show in the spring and I should have bought it... by the time I'd sold some stuff it was gone. Rare.
