Hi Guys!
This is my COTW:
It is an all wood vinegar car. Not sure who made it, but it is old, possibly Ambroid or Silver Streak maybe?

Ben, Yep they are the same even tho one is made right here in the USA and the other is made in Hong Kong.... Thing is, look underneath of the cars and see if the "frame" is metal OR plastic......Mantua made those as well as TYCO and the USA model may have a metal frame.....The Hong Kong one should have a plastic frame.....HOWEVER the USA also can have a plastic frame if its one of the newer ones before production was moved over seas.....
I LOVE those flat cars! Reason why? I am working on a way to make a "hood" to put on top of it to turn them into a Coil Fat Car, kind of like those Walthers make with one long hood instead of 2.......

My COTW is a Lionel HO dumping car, missing one truck, but otherwise intact. I got a few HO Lionel last night at my club's meeting, as someone donated his train estate to our club. Lots of stuff to sort through. This will be added to my HO LIonel consist, along with a rocket fuel tanker and missile launcher, both horribly repainted.

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?
