Bought some time ago, I intend to convert this scruffy building into another Furniture store, my Dad's Mother had sold a business to her 2nd husband, Scruggs, which was a furniture store just off Broad Street in Richmond, VA. I may rename it Casper's , as Scruggs was a sore spot with my Dad. Anyway, it looks quite like the building of the era, door in the middle of two large show windows. Needs some work obviously, it's pretty "run down".

Some front awnings, old-style front lights and a repaving job on that sidewalk and you'll be selling furniture in no time!
