hello im looking for a walthers ho scale e60cf un built mint condition locomotive kit , any road name dummy or powered , will pay 180 dollars for each kit or will trade for an ho scale overland models alco pa4 ho scale locomotive, i need 3 or 4 , e60cfs for my freelance mountain railroad , thanks

They don't even bring that much on eBay. All the Walthers/American GK version is, is the Bachmann shell on an Athearn SD9 frame with GE type trucks.

The Bachmann shell is no where near as nice and I think I have to disagree about the chassis, although it is a basic Athearn-type chassis. I have a few of them in various states in my collection, as well as a few of the E60CF locomotives.

Not a Bachmann shell at all, they/someone else made the shell. The running gear you are correct on though just a SD-9 Athearn.
