P2K/Heritage Series 2-8-8-2. Just a little dusty and no box, not bad for $75! The 4-6-0 above was through in for $5 making a packaged deal of $80! I love this engines silky smoothness and back-up light! Its a standard DC model.

Final buy today and a steal at $10! Original box, insert and all! Told the guy it was under selling and he shot back that I'm a N scaler!

None of this is forsale! Just had to post pics! I did find a Bigboy today for $125. Didn't have enough! Then somebody had 3 Kato N heavy mikes for $150 for all 3 or $65 a piece. Didn't find any parts I needed except a Mantua tender and a shed for my operating piggyback unloader forklift plat form. Oh well....

You got the right version of the Casey Jones, Justin. The newer round motors are much quieter than the older square ones.

Another Ken Kidder for $10, and a P2K 2-8-8-2 for $75? I'd hit my head on the desktop, but it's glass.

* Tyco's remake of the original Aurora gas station is good. I like that. A good thing doesn't have to go away. Somehow gas stations always represent a era that is modeled. This station with the right advertising can be late 1930's to the beginning of the 1960s. The era where big steam and the new first generation diesels shared the rails together. So much to see then. It was well documented in photos, movies, books, and songs, and this station helps to remember that time. I hope it is remade again and again.

* Just like when this tyco station makes old men remember their time, and the older lost names of their childhood, so it will be again. A toy when viewed by a old man playing with his grandson brings back a flood of memories. People, places, names. Good thing once lost to time, and circumstance, come back to life again!
