Ok, got started late, so will open this week's SOTW late , too. Here's a set I just received on Wednesday, a cool Hershey's Bachmann set. Missing some parts, not sure if the whole train is here or not, but this sure makes it easy for me to complete my candy consist now, all in one swoop. I am building and acquiring other pieces, but this gives me a really SWEET engine ( dark chocolate, yumm! ). Anyway, no drooling on your monitor screens.

ENgine is missing the radiator top piece, the Watchamacallit is missing the entire bottom chassis, and not sure if there is a caboose or not. Some of the trucks are broken, too. But the engine alone was worth it to me. Hope to enlarge this consist some more, and eventually DCC the engine to run it at shows.

Ah. Don't forget the diner car - where else to enjoy all these goodies? Also might want a hospital car for the onboard dentist...

Search, and ye shall find. First I'd seen it, too. Seen candy cars, but not the whole engine graphic'ed ,too. One reason I wanted it badly enough. Paid $38 plus shipping, about 50 total.

Nice set!!
I'd never seen one before either, but I picked a used one up at a train show this summer.
My engine is more beat-up (broken handrails, etc.) and I had to do a bit of cleaning & rewiring. It looked like the gold paint on the cab roof had been rubbed off. But when I took it apart I saw that the problem with the cab roof was that the light bulb in the cab had caused some heat damage to the roof. I lined the inside with self adhesive foil (aluminum duct tape!) and repainted the gold on the roof. Not a perfect match, but it's close.
Hopefully it will be OK. So watch out for the super hot lightbulb!!

Jerry - Cool - I want some of the rolling stock - You should fill the hopper with real Reese's Pieces

It wasn't part of the set, but I know where you can find a 56' Hershey's Syrup tanker to match, if you haven't got it already.
Yes, you do have to fill the hopper with reese's pieces now.
