Hey guys, in need of some parts.

-GSB SD40-2 project. I'm in need of handrails - an Athearn set will work fine.

-Mantua Little Six switcher. Need a set of valve gear, can be from a scrapped Logger, Prairie or Big Six - Mike and Pacific sets won't work. Have still not gotten ahold of Yardbird for pricing; I've called several times but he's never around. Maybe one of you guys has a set.

-Atlas RS11. Need a set of Atlas or Kato AAR-B trucks. Mine have been misplaced (side note, if you're gonna let a project go on the back burner, try and keep all the removed parts close by).

-Tyco Booster project. Need smokebox door for plastic boilered variant, a set of valve gear would be nice, and a slopeback tender body. Have a good tender frame and trucks, but the steps are busted.

Atlas has an online parts department. I've ordered many items from them for my projects.
I know they have RS-11 stuff. Did Atlas make an SD40-2? They could have handrails.

As have I - Atlas is really good. Problem is, they have a minimum order requirement and at the moment, I can't justify just a set of trucks from them. Now if I had a $50+ parts order, then yes, I'd piggyback it.

Atlas has never made an SD40-2, *yet*, but they have made a GP40-2 which is an exquisite loco. All I need is a set of Athearn rails, preferably the plastic ones but the pre-bent metal rails would work too.
