My present set of Demonstrator Locomotives...
And if you are smitten with demonstrators as I am (I'm also partial to those built no later than about 1975-1976,) then I recommend a book called Diesel Demonstrators by Weekend Chief, a good locomotive bible to own. Albeit only diesels. I wish there were books on electric and steam locomotive demonstrators.

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out.
"I love your catenary!"
Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

Wow, zebrails! Those demonstrators are candy in a candy store. Sweet!

Exquisite Lafayette set you got there, catfordken. Looks like a box of chocolates!

Well, I also had a very Bachmann christmas:

Mammoth of the Rails! This Bachmann Branchline combo pack was a gift from my girlfriend. I think I'm in love! The freight cars are super detailed and match better the 2-10-4 than Bachmann's own more modest freight cars. Maybe they should have bought Branchline's rolling stock instead of Atlas!
