Anyone happen to have a boiler plate off a 0-8-0? The light is in center of plate. Just bought a "parts" chattanooga and when tested the old girl runs pretty good....thinking a lil more tlc and I will put her in service with my Clementine and other era chattannogas...thanks.

Me neither! I know I've had one that the post for the screw cracked due to the hole for the wire. IT cracks real easy and once it does, it won't run because the wire can't connect to the frame. But, sounds likes you need a boiler front! Thats the only part I know of that has a light in the middle of it!

Appreciate you looking.. I have seen them a few times on ebay, so I will just keep looking or pick up another parts loco. Anyone know what year the 0-8-0 Chattanooga had the headlight mounted on top of boiler and not centered on boiler front plate?

I'm not too sure. It started out on the 2-8-0's. Does yours have the full CV (eccentric valves) or just the just piston rods and driver connecting rods?

Mine has the full cv, this Chattanooga was my first Tyco. Unfortunately I can not remember the year I recieved it. I am guessing 1976-1978.
