You might first try calling your local hobby shop, then go from there. If they can't get it before Christmas then they might have some advice how to get it locally. That looks like a Model Power engine and you could look at their site. Alco Fan

JON ; That engine is a Model Power Pennsylvania RR F2A. Not the best of drives. A Athearn F7A is a little different. Much easier to find. With Athearn there are also cabless, F7b units. I have that MP FA2 body but no drive. frank. toptrain

Also, the tooling for that shell has been knocking around since Varney or American Flyer, I think. It's got a face only a mother could love. I second Frank's recommendation for an Athearn blue box F-unit or two.The Tyco Depot
