In the past 2 months I have picked up (as part of other purchases) 3 Tyco engines that each have issues) Any reasonable (or maybe even unreasonable) offer that includes shipping costs, and you'll have projects to warm your nights (ok, maybe too much selling there!)
The details are: The Santa Fe 4015 looks to be a dummy engine, but the rear wheels have been removed, though the bottom frame is there - you could snap on the frame after you put new wheels in that truck (along with a new coupler).
The Rock Island engine looks nice, but the motor does't work. It lights fine. I took the engine out and used my limited knowledge on the motor to no avail. Perhaps an expert could fix this one.
The two loose trucks are from a 5628 Burlington Route engine. Again, the motor doesn't work. The shell is missing all its trim (and was poorly repainted at one point), but I could send it along if someone wants it for cannon fodder.

Just buy it all. Have some fun for just a couple of bucks.
Check Tony Cook's site for a cross reference: I'm sure the 5628 trucks will fit the 4015 unit.
Practice kitbashing/customizing on the Burlington Route shell.
