I found this the other day on drugstore.com for $9.99 - it's a sound machine with "ocean", "brook" and "dock" sounds.

It takes 3 AAA batteries. It's just the thing for my harbor scene. The ocean and dock sounds also have seagulls squawking. The sounds are a little bit tinny, due probably to the small speaker, but I've found that the sound does not need to be loud to sound good. All I need to do now is take it apart so I can place the speaker under one of the docks.
