I need 4 round motor brushes for my BR42 project. I tried my LHS and they don't carry them. Would anyone have a set(2) size 3mm x 7mm long. My project is coming along good should finish painting next week. if anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks. Ken

Ken, maybe some slot car brushes might work. I'm not sure. When I miss a brush, its sorta end of the road for that motor for me!

Since you didn't say WHAT motor you need brushes for ( Tyco, Athearn, Lima, Kleinbahn, etc ) it's hard to determine what could work for you. Please be more specific as to maker if you want help here. Mentioning the engine model doesn't help me identify it at all.

The motor is out of a BR42 German 2-10-0 engine. There is no name on the motor. Ken

Ken, have you tried Athearn brushes? They measure 3.13mm in dia. on my calipers.
