On a side note I am gonna trade or sell that other Marx S or O gauge set I have since no one seems to want it on here Oh well once I get rid of it I'll not buy anymore O or S gauge stuff I'm going to stick with HO exclusively But IF I find one or 2 pieces of Lionel,AF or Marx I'll get them
But I do still have some N guage to get rid of but I'll sell &/or trade those here As I have gotten lucky to have some in here that like N scale Will post pics of what I have later
OH! To those I owe stuff to All packages are about ready to send so I will send the stuff later on next week I do apologize for not being swift about sending the stuff but money is tight
Will post what I get in next weeks CoTW & LoTW
I'll post pics where I was in here tho

Hi Microbusss,

Very nice score on all those things. I really like the Matchbox BP truck and the tropicana car.
Who made the Traks trucks? Racing Champions?

Thanks for sharing.

That's a great haul, Ben. The GTE has been a dud for me the last couple years. Sure it's a fun enough day with the kids, but purchase wise, it wasn't much. Two years ago it was all high-priced Lionel--old guys who apparently have never seen what things routinely sell for on ebay. Last year it was an odd mix of newer HO, lots of starter sets, and collectible stuff. My kid got a nifty Chessie printed ceramic tile and an I Like Trains magnetic storybook, but I didn't really find any of the "fixer-uppers" I like to get.

GTE is coming to Pomona, CA this weekend. If my car doesn't enter the shop this weekend (damage from a tree falling over it during the great wind storm of 2011) I will be there.

If you are not having fun, you are not doing it right.
