My set of the week was one I thought I would never find !!!
Back in the 70s I somehow got a hold of a old 1963/63 Athearn catalog and my favorite set was always the 6255 Santa Fe or the 6256 B&M set...didn't matter what the roadname was. I always liked the Pacific engine and the Dow chemical tanker and Pickle car !!!

Well it took almost 40 years but I finally found one !!!

Lovely sets guys Here's a freshly polished Tyco CN/Rapido set (minus the engine...it's still dirty ). I bought all three cars for $13 yesterday. Disassembled, soaped, and good to go! The price tag took some paint off the roof of the observation but other than that they look fresh.
