I just received from a local neighbor a box of buildings last night, as she is cleaning out her home. Sad tale, I think she lost her husband about 4-5 months ago, and has had to sell her house. On top of that, Tropical Storm Lee's passage through the Mid-atlantic a few weeks ago filled her basement to knee level, so now she's having to have the house repaired, I think it was sold already, but at any rate, more misery for her. One of the boxes of buildings showed water damage. But the plastic buildings are easily washable. I'll thank her later next time I see her.
Anyway, today's eye candy to feast on is a HOJO diner, I think. Don't see any maker imprinted on the bottom, maybe some of you gazers can identify it. Looks decent, missing the roof sign, maybe ( will dig through the box later ), not a glue bomb but has a few areas that could stand touching up. Overall a decent kit put together fairly nicely.

Detailing is pretty good, has milk cans out back, and some drums insided the fencing. And even comes with Superman's favorite accessory, a phone booth. I could opaque it, and make it a Tardis.....nah, I'll leave it for Superman. He's got so few dressing rooms left these days.

I think you have the Atlas one. The sign mounts are there for the Roadside diner signs. The other one used a different sign mount over the front doors.
