Guys,
DO yourself a favour and putter around in Carl's site. He's gone now, just this past spring.... but people arranged with his widow to host all the material elsewhere.
He was quite a gentleman did his last update on the website just a week or so before he died.

There's a ton more pages than just the one I linked to. I have two of Carl's books in pdf format and I'll probably buy the current volume still in print...
