This auction desription is a hoot. The good news for the seller is, "YOU'RE GONNA GET TO KEEP THESE for your collection!!! Yes!!! , , Yes!!!
No, we don't really think you're crazy, but just dreaming a bit too high since these can be found at any train show for two bucks or less...
I like these old early 70s Life-Like signs and have several packs. But 28 bucks for these common signs is a slight bit too much. However, I can get 5% savings if I purchase these using my American Distress (formerly American Express) credit card so I can pay 29 percent interest on them at the end of the month!!
Heck, this is beginning to sound like a good deal after all !!!

Very funny, Ken. I found another hysterical British listing. This guy even drew pictures for the auction and then auctioned off the drawings. I think you guys have too much time on your hands on your side of the pond.

Given the effort he put into keeping people entertained, he deserved to make a little something from it. I wonder if anyone makes a Ford Focus in 1:87 that I could paint mint green in his honor.

Thanks, Ken! And it's kinda almost mint green!
Here's the guy's blog, if anyone's interested. The letters to Ferrari and Vaseline are priceless.
