I sent an email inquiry to the WISE division up in Michigan, who previously sold some auto frame kits many years ago. Contact came back and said all sold out, but were available through Greenway Products. Here's a link if anyone else is interested :

They have industrial loads and other interesting items. Never had heard of them that I recall, but they do list the Frames at $15 for a flat car load, looks like 3 stacks. I may have to get a load or two, to go with my auto manufacturing consist.

Yes, I saw that - I have one AHM flat missing a propellor, so I may get a pair of them for replacement.
