Was the original Strasburg Railroad Ben. Hauled freight cars for over 100 years on the same route the new company has.
With limited passenger service on its almost five mile route.
Original company went bankrupt and route was in disrepair with weeds.
Train enthusiasts got involved and bought the route and fixed it up around 1960.
After 65 years it still prospers in the same area that the original company ran trains.
Somethings never change.
