My keyboard had quit, but yes, off eBay. If this is a one
off, the prior owner did a fine job of applying the decals,
as I cannot readily see any decal lines. A matching
caboose?? This was an actual Tyco thing?? We all assumed
it was a one off custom job.

Yes it is a custom, no tyco never made this. Years ago I purchased this off ebay.
