Hi All:

I recently picked this unit up at a yard sale for cheap but I an not sure of the manufacturer, can anyone identify it?

Also, I have been searching the internet for replacement trucks as the little tab that holds the truck on has broken on both trucks and I am not sure super glue will hold. I am looking for replacements but am a dry well.

I am trying to figure out how to post pictures. Please let me know if you can see the downloaded pictures, I can't see them.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

My memory is fuzzy on this because it was years ago, but there was an issue with displaying pictures uploaded to this website if the image file name contained invalid characters.  Try removing the spaces from the image file names before uploading them.

Also, this may or may not be helpful, but on the left side of this forum’s homepage you will find “RayB003’s Menu.”  Clicking on the “Attachment” link under the “Personal” section will show you all the pictures you have uploaded to the forum.

It doesn't look like there are spaces in the file name, but there are percent symbols. My guess is this is also an invalid character. I would try removing them and re-uploading the photos.

for reference these are the file names:

That's an AHM ALCo C424. Chicago & North Western judging by the shade of green. What is exactly broken, is it what holds the truck to the frame of the locomotive, or is it the bottom truck cover that holds the gears & axles in?
