I found this listed on Ebay. Whoever did this upgrade did a wonderful job on it. I have several C430s awaiting rebuild, and I'd love for them to turn out like this. Note that this is a Tyco body, and it looks like the correct fuel tank was taken from an Atlas C425.

Yeah, that’s a nice looking Tyco.  You know, a lot of Tyco’s tooling was designed when Mantua was a serious player in model railroading, and has decent features and detailing, comparable to most anything else available at the time.  And then Consolidated Foods made compromises to sell in the toy market, but the details were still there.

I am tempted to buy it just to see what drive he put under it, and what modifications were made. I have several Athearn U boat drives that will fit under the Tyco shell, but are about 3/8" too short for an exact fit. They'd probably be usable as is with long shank couplers.
