Appears to be a Mantua set. Some freight cars appear Tyco in nature.
The steam engine looks like a Mantua.

well I was told it was Mahano
as I do got the 2 of the GG boxcars already & both have made in Slovenia on them

It looks similar to the President's Choice sets of the late 1990s. Those were all Mehano-made, it seems reasonable they did sets for other grocery stores as well.
