I moved this electric gateman shanty from a hard to reach area of the layout to up close, where I can get better video of it.
I found this Mehano weight activated crossing and installed it where the electric shanty was, as it won't need the maintenance and power.

Added a few more body parts from trimmed figures from another project to the Armodilloville City Dump.

A city dump - sounds cool to model. Please show us pics.
Tires would look great and be the most realistic imo, for a junk yard, maybe even a junk train shell or 2 at the top of the pile.

how about instead a boxcar NEAR the dump instead? as junk & dump yards do use them for storing things
