As always I try to put stuff on here before I put my stuff on ebay, and try to set the prices a little less than what I figure I can get on ebay.

Here's the TYCO pizza hut. I'm pricing it at $50 shipping included. I sold one in March on ebay for $60 and it was not as in good of shape. Its's in excellent condition, with the interoir curtains being homemade.

Well I gave one to GIC last Fall I think it was for nothing. Just put it in with something else I was shipping him. It was in pretty good shape and included the sign. He customarily had added bonus things when he shipped to me and others on the forum so I wanted to reciprocate.

Just wasn't interested in making a profit off it within the forum. Your mileage may vary. Nothing wrong with selling on this forum as long as it's in the trade section, and you remember it's not ebay.

Regards,
Gareth

I like the tyco Pizza Hut but it is pretty drab right out of the box. I done quite a bit of detailing on mine that helped. I actualy spray painted the roof red too just to even it out...

Sorry Romcat if you think this is high, I just can't give my stuff away. I just graduated college and still looking for a job. Maybe one day I can get to the point that I can give away a $60-$90 item, but I'm not there yet. I think this is a very fair price, and cheaper than you'll get on ebay.

Hey Jeremy:

I understand. For me I'd gotten the PH in a trade with NYC and no longer wanted it and Tony (GIC) did so, I thought what the heck....

Price is probably fine. It's just perspective. Age does that. I hope for your sake it goes in a bidding war on EvilBay.

I had a Bachmann Streetcar (PCC) go for over $90 at a LHS because two guys walked in at exactly the same time and argued over it... I had paid $20 for it.

My comment was more in the order of Irony than any thing else.

Regards,
Gareth
