Hi all, I have a couple of higher-end diesel locomotives that are surplus to my needs.

The Kato RSC2 is undecorated but has had all detail parts added. Very light running, too - I bought it new and I don't think it's got ten minutes of running on it yet.

The Atlas/Kato RSC4/5 is decorated as CNW 1689 and is painted in CNW yellow and green. It is a Kato built unit sold by Atlas around 1991 or so. I bought it used, but it wasn't used very much, and I have run it for about an hour each direction to loosen it up.

Both units are in boxes and are equipped with Kadee #5 couplers. Both units glide like the Katos they are... smooth, very smooth. If you've never owned a Kato before, you'll never go back... and if you do own a Kato, you know what you're getting.

I'm not looking for very much out of them... I think the RSC2 is worth $50 and the RSD4/5 is worth $40. These prices are cheaper than what similar units are going for on Ebay and definitely cheaper than hobby shop items.

I'm actually looking for Bowser steamer kits, to be honest, so if you're able to get two Bowser steamers (any kind at all except the Docksider), I'll swap you straight across.
