I bought some Lifelike bulbs a year or two ago to replace the bulbs in some Tyco streamliners. They look to be the same size/shape as the one in the pic you posted. They were a perfect fit for the metal bulb holders in Tyco cars and engines

I've used the same type Cheez is refering to as well. I also found bulbs like this on ebay that are 12V LED's with the threads as show in your pic.
