Lets look at some rare promo pieces from Irv and company:

Starting off with two very rare pieces from the 1960's - the 3 dome Tank Car made for Union Carbide Corporation. I just finished restoring this car.

And the Hustler lettered for Allied Chemical.

Here's some colorful pieces: An F7A dummy made for Florida State University and the Hal Carstens 40th anniversary baggage car.

Here's another rather scarce one - the 1978 PCR/NMRA "Saguaro 78" ACF hopper.

Hi SOU2645,

Thanks for sharing these. I really like the Florida State University F unit. It reminds me of home, I love F units and Athearn. A trifecta! LOL.

The extremely rare TTOS 1966 convention 50' Reefer. This car was the first ever Athearn rolling stock to have the logo printed on it. A highly sought after car by collectors.

TTOS part 2 - the 1967 convention car. This hopper is perched on its original blue end box (unlabled). It also rare for being fully assembled from the factory - but in a regular kit blue box. This car is very rare - one just sold on that auction site for 100+ (with a broken step no less).

This is one of the best promo cars I've seen in awhile. This car is literaly a rolling billboard. I like the fact that it has detailed information printed on it. This would be excellent to give to customers.
