I had one like that. I assumed it was the GI Joe switcher that didn't get the decals/stickers put on.Ray

I would like to disagree with the GI JOE locomotive.
I had the set a set and it came with a locomotive similar to this but had a more round nose on it and had only one axle powered with the traction tire. The one you show looks a bit too square and bulky.
Perhaps the one you show is of the Missal Command train set.
I will take any flack if I am wrong.
John/Zebrails I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

The GI Joe set came with two different switchers. The one that Tyco Town Trains has,and the other one made by AHM. The AHM loco has only one axle powered like Zebrails described.

heh I got one of these hadda make it a dummy as motor did not work mine was blank as were all the cars but found some stickers & put US Army on train lol the tank car i put Texaco the gondola has Special Forces on it
