Nicely done and professional graphics, not a mock-up. I wonder why it never made production. Perhaps a licensing issue?:) -Bob
Most of what you see is dust. It all cleans up but the car looked "weathered" LOL

Hmm. It has open steps, which means this was made before the second run of "billboard" reefers in the 70's.
Perhaps it is indeed a scarce promo item, like the PPG tanker. How are the trucks mounted to the chassis, and what are the axles like?
