Hello - not mechanically inclined in the least, so what's the easiest/simplest/cheapest way to convert Tyco rolling stock to modern Kadee-type couplers so I can use them in current-day trains?

Kadee made an adapter that would directly snap into a Tyco talgo truck. I don’t know its part number though, or even if it’s still available. Perhaps someone else here does?
