The LHS in my area is closing. The owner passed and the daughter doesn't want to keep the business going, so she is selling. The owner bought too much and piled boxes on top of boxes to the point where one corner of the HO section couldn't be accessed because the pile was too high. After several months since my last visit, I decided to stop in and see what was going on. The pile in the corner was gone, so I could see what was at the bottom for the first time in years. I found several nifty items including this Lionel maintenance kit:
