Found a Santa Fe Tyco switcher on Shop Goodwill a while back. It ran but the motor would get really hot after a
couple minutes or operation so I replaced the magnet with a Neodymium 1/2 inch cube magnet. Now it runs great.
Also I changed the couplers to Kadee #27's and want to change the bulbs to LED's.
